About Redhawk Vision Center

 

Founded by Dr. Donny Broyles, Redhawk Vision Center’s mission is to deliver quality and excellence in eye care and ophthalmic products. For 20 years, this successful practice has provided full-service optometry to families and residents in Riverside County of all ages, insurances, and visual/medical diagnoses. Centrally located in the Rancho Pueblo Center, Redhawk Vision Center offers easy access to the Temecula Parkway, Pechanga Parkway, and I-15. To support the practices continued growth, Dr. Broyles is looking to add to his current team of nine staff members.

 

As a long-standing business, Redhawk Vision Center maintains a family-oriented approach to eye and vision care and uses state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases.  The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology that includes digital retinal imaging, high definition OCT, anterior ocular imaging, threshold visual field, and IPL. Using electronic records enables providers to compare current and past health conditions and create a solid baseline for the early detection of changes in patients’ eye health.  Patients enjoy a family-friendly shopping experience as they browse a wide selection of optical frames and sunglasses from the optical boutique—plus personalized customer support from friendly and trained office staff.

 

About the opening

 

The practice is seeking one full-time or two part-time Doctor(s) of Optometry, passionate about providing exceptional patient care. In this role, you’ll perform eye exams for vision and ocular health—a candidate with knowledge in corneal refractive therapy, co-management of laser vision correction surgery, dry eye treatment, and glaucoma would be a complimentary addition to the practice. The current office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday.

 

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

 

Minimum qualifications include:

 

  • Doctor of Optometry license in the state of California
  • At least two to four years of experience

 

Preferred specialties include:

 

  • Corneal Refractive Therapy
  • Co-Management of Laser Vision Correction Surgery
  • Dry Eye
  • Glaucoma
