About Golden Hills Optometry

Golden Hills Optometry first opened in 1986 by Dr. Frank C. Burger, and Dr. Mindy M. Walker joined as a partner in 2005. For over 30 years, this practice has provided full-service optometry to families and residents in Santa Clara County, and specializes in specialty contact lenses and ocular disease management. Centrally located in the beautiful Evergreen area of San Jose, this practice offers convenient access to US-101, I-680, CA-87, and is minutes from Eastridge Mall. To continue serving a growing, diverse community, and provide a greater scope of services, Golden Hills Optometry is looking to add an Optometrist to its staff of 10 employees.

This multilingual practice offers services in English, German, Spanish, and Vietnamese, and provides a complete eyecare experience using state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and treat a wide array of eye diseases. The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology, including computerized refraction for glasses and computerized measurement of glasses. Patients enjoy a family-friendly shopping experience as they browse a wide selection of optical frames and sunglasses from the optical boutique—plus an onsite finishing laboratory is ready to conveniently service patients with same-day glasses.
