About Clinton Family Vision
Established in 2008, Clinton Family Vision provides full-service optometry to families and residents in Davis County of all ages, insurances, and visual/medical diagnoses. The practice specializes in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases; and, specialty contact fittings, including gas permeable, scleral and toric lenses. Centrally located minutes from downtown Clinton, the practice offers easy access to UT-37 and I-15. To continue serving a growing practice with the top-notch care patients know and expect, Clinton Family Vision is looking to add an Associate Optometrist to its cross-trained staff of 10 employees. 


The Optometry staff takes a team approach to evaluate a plan based on individual needs and utilizes state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and treat ocular diseases. The practice is well-appointed with automated optical equipment and behind-the-scenes functional technology, including: High definition anterior and posterior segment OCT, Optomap California, Topcon CA-800 Corneal Analyzer, Zeiss

Humphrey and Matrix Visual Field. The practice also utilizes electronic records, enabling seamless comparison of current and past health conditions to create a solid baseline for the early detection of eye health changes. Patients enjoy a family-friendly shopping experience as they browse a wide selection of optical frames and sunglasses from the optical boutique—plus personalized customer support from friendly Opticians who will ensure patients find distinctive frames for comfort. 

About the opening

Clinton Family vision is seeking a part-time Associate Optometrist who is passionate about providing a quality optical care experience and excellent customer service to maintain lasting patient relationships. In this role, you will provide general optometry patient care on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays—for a total of 24 hours weekly. This is an excellent opportunity to provide care for a wide variety of patients and conditions, while working with other experts in a supportive environment. 

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as compassion for patient health and safety. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, responsible, service-oriented, community-involved, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.

Minimum qualifications include:
•    Optometry license in the state of Utah
