Established in 1999, Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic provides comprehensive optometric services to families and residents in King and Pierce counties. The team of Optometrists takes a patient-centric approach to eye care with a significant focus on medical eye care. The practice offers a wide range of services, including ocular disease treatment and management, dry eye treatment, contact lens service, and pediatric eye care. As Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic serves a large community, the practice is looking to add an Associate Optometrist to contribute to practice growth and preserve the legacy service for years to come.

 

Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic is a specially designed, spacious healthcare facility (over 3,000 sq. ft.) and is well-appointed with state-of-the-art advanced technology. The team of professionals remains at the forefront of technology, utilizing autorefractors, Spectralis Optical Coherence Tomography, Retinal Camera, Humphry Visual Field, Diopsys VEP/ERG, iCare, and Goldman Tonometry. Patients enjoy a family-friendly shopping experience as they browse a unique selection of optical frames and trendy sunglasses from the optical studio—plus personalized customer support from the Opticians who will ensure the proper fit for comfort.

 

About the Associate Optometrist Position

 

Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic is looking for a well-rounded Associate Optometrist passionate about providing personalized care and excellent service. You'll practice primary care optometry three days a week—approximately ten comprehensive examinations are performed daily with four patient follow-ups. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside and learn from talented professionals in a supportive, fun, and modern atmosphere. Minimum qualifications include:

 

  • Optometry license in the state of Washington
